Planned updates for Episode 3

This is a living document to let you know what is planned for Episode 3 in the future by myself. There is no ETA on this stuff.
Rebalance project - this will consist of a rebalance and text correction for all cards in the game. It will be a community project, so it will not just be me making all the suggestions
Extra instances for vanilla online balance, and vanilla offline balance
If I think of anything further, I will add it to the above.
