I believe the torr and their item droprates are vanilla. 1/21 for Iritista drop on redria...

Oh yeah it is, I just figured it was a blank +25% drop rate to everything... but you got this!

SCHT used to have boosted rates on rare enemies too until they decided one too many people were getting easy .. Lavis Cannons or something

I haven't actually experimented with this but using a proxy you can set yourself a random seed which can guarantee rare enemies in games you make. I'm not sure if the server itself can stop this happening, but if Lavis Cannons were being flooded on the server drop logs... It was probably that.

I don't think it was anything like that. I think it was just that they decided that 1/15s were a little too free
