Episode III Plus V2.5

This is the V2.5 release of the Episode III Plus mod by Gigobooma. Episode III Plus adds various content, fixes various text and translations errors, and reduces friction to get into the game. It was primarily designed for offline play after the official servers closed, but Ragol.org fully supports all content in the Episode III Plus mod.
- All cards are available from all game modes at CLv1
- 99 previously unobtainable cards are available to collect
- 10 cards are obtained from every pack, regardless of win or loss
- SEGA's official online C.A.R.D. revo changes applied offline
- 24 cards rebalanced for Episode III Plus
- All story characters are available from the start on a new save file
- All NPC COM decks are available from the start on a new save file
- "Booooo" and "Laughter" sounds added to the sound board.
- Many, many text fixes
This release also features all downloadable SEGA quests, 5 custom quests for obtaining E-Cards, and a set of bossing quests to import into your memory card (you may also obtain all these quests by connecting online to Ragol.org and downloading them there).
